The two days appointment with FLYDONNA meeting will take place mainly at the airport, with moments of entertainment and flight in front of the beautiful Lake of Varese.

The event can also become an opportunity, for those who come from afar, to get to know the area and the beautiful territory that surrounds it.

On Saturday afternoon, in collaboration with the FAI, International Aeronautical Federation, an important Round Table about "Women with wings: living your passion", will be held.

The discussion will focus on the contribution of the women flight with the specific objective of identifying strategies to involve more females in the aeronautical world, committing to the FAI project "WOMEN WITH WINGS".

Speakers will be women who have achieved successes of various kinds in the world of aeronautics.

On Sunday morning, a "pink air show" will be held at the presence of the authorities.

FLYDONNA meeting will end in the early afternoon and will leaving space to the Open Day that will take place in that very day. This will ensure large audience to enjoy the women pilot's event.

As every year, special guest of the event will be the WeFly! Team, the only patrol in the world composed for two thirds by disabled pilots who, overcoming every human barrier, have made the sky and the flight a real flag to show everyone that Flying is also possible for  paraplegics.

The patrol sealed his message with a joint project with the Italian astronaut "WeFly! with Futura... dares to fly" and with a flag, created for the occasion by the Italian designer Mirco Pecorari, which was delivered to Samantha Cristoforetti. From the  space the flag has been shown to the whole world to reiterate that even the sky, wailling  to dare, is open to everyone.

The team began its aviation adventure just by performing at the 1st FLYDONNA, and since then, in every occasion, its presence has colored, filled and amazed the large public FLYDONNA.

The patrol will then open the edition of FLYDONNA 2018 and will stay with us for the two days of the event.
